​Next, be sure to complete and submit the Vendor Booth Agreement as well as the Waiver of Liability below as both must be received to process and approve your application.

Once your Application, Agreement & Waiver have been received and reviewed, you will be contacted and sent a payment link to complete the application process.

COVID-19 PUBLIC SAFETY

The Port St. Lucie Seafood Festival takes the Coronavirus very seriously and is taking several precautions to help protect our patrons as well as our vendors and staff.
 
In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19 we encourage you to respect and follow our Safety Guidelines and to take a moment out to review the important safety information provided on the websites below.

​​Safety Guidelines​

Sanitizing stations will be provided and placed throughout the park for the use of our guests.
 
Customers are required to observe social distancing guidelines and wait 6 feet behind each other near vendor booths.
 
Individual vendor booths and exhibits will be spaced at a minimum distance of 6 feet from one another.
 
Seating and dining areas will be spread out to promote public safety and social distancing measures. 
 
Food Vendors will provide patrons with eating utensils. Utensil baskets are not allowed for the public to reach into.
 
Vendors, Exhibitors and event staff will comply with the most current mask mandate and will wear a mask at times when and where social distancing practices are not possible.
       
​Vendors and Exhibitors are instructed to use their display tables to create a safety barrier from their customers and may use plexiglass dividers when maintaining a 6 foot distance is not possible.  
 
Vendors and Exhibitors are required to provide hand sanitizer for their own personal use.      
  
Vendors will disinfect high traffic touch areas such as points of sale as well as frequently wiping down their tables and other equipment with disinfectant or sanitizing wipes.

 Personal Tents, Large Umbrellas, Coolers, and Outside Food or Beverages are Not Permitted within the Seafood Festival.
​Consuming raw or under cooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food-borne illness.


  A portion of the proceeds from the Port Saint Lucie Seafood Festival will benefit the Treasure Coast Food Bank, a recognized 501(c)3 organization that distributes food & needed products to over 200+ Partner Agencies along the Treasure Coast. Non-perishable food donations will also be collected at the gates for the Treasure Coast Food Bank.
